LEC Marine (Klyne) Ltd can offer a complete installation and / or repair service with 24 Hr callout service.

From design of power distribution systems to final testing LEC Marine (Klyne) have fully trained electrical & installation engineers to ensure your installation is carried out to the highest standards and fully tested and certificated to the relevant standards, NICEIC for industrial & commercial, Lloyds Register of Shipping - DNV - BV - ABS for Marine and ATEX for hazardous.

We are able to offer process environment repairs and modifications to suit your requirements both with electrical process monitoring or production machinery and testing stations.
Recent

New Plant and Retro-fitting power distribution, process control and motor drive systems for British Sugar PLC.

These projects include modifications to existing motor control centres, design and build of new process control and motor control centre, control panels, site installation, survey and remedial repairs, power factor correction unit testing and repairs .

Mobile Demonstration Units. 

These are required to be self-sufficient and provide near silent running during an event, but with the ability to power modern apparatus, such as computers and audio / visual equipment. This is achieved by use of a battery powered inverter system, combined with an on-board generator and battery charger .

Machine upgrades. We were asked to overhaul a series of precision bending machines that had become unreliable due to equipment failure.

We designed and installed a new PLC control system and electronic motor control system, giving the machines the ability to produce a product to the highest standards required by our customers clients .
